Tour Guidelines

• VIP Darshans are subject to temple & government orders.
• Due to helicopter weight limits, Helicopter operators reserves the right to shuffle passengers for safe flying.
• Fixed departure timings — passengers must report as scheduled.
• Accurate body weights must be shared at booking.
• Baggage allowance: 5 kg per person (duffle bags provided). Excess baggage charged at ₹500/kg.
• Arrival details must be provided in advance for smooth operations.
• Kedarnath shuttle services may split groups due to aircraft limits.
• Comfortable clothing & trekking shoes are advised.
• Infants below 2 years (up to 12 kg) fly free (weight included in group total).
• Ground crew available at all Dhams for assistance.
• Donations, tips, porters, extra services are passenger’s responsibility.
• Poor mobile connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath.
• Pilgrims should carry warm clothing & consult doctors if elderly/with health issues.
